Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the CM 777 platform. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent ban from the platform.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration on CM 777. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information — including false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CM 777 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. CM 777 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email asking for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
CM 777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access pending investigation of any activity that appears unusual, potentially fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms. During a suspension, the player may be unable to withdraw funds until the investigation is complete. We aim to resolve all investigations within 14 working days.

CM 777 processes withdrawal requests 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. CM 777 does not permit withdrawal to accounts or wallets that differ from those on record for your verified identity.
Standard withdrawal processing times at CM 777 are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — under 10 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — 2 to 5 minutes; Bank IBFT — 15 to 30 minutes; Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 2 hours. These timeframes apply once CM 777 has initiated the transfer. Delays beyond these windows caused by your bank or wallet provider are outside CM 777's control.
CM 777 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request under the following circumstances: the account has not completed full KYC verification; the withdrawal triggers a review under CM 777's anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures; the account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not been met; or the account is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently banned.

If a malfunction occurs during a round in which the player was in a clearly winning position, CM 777 will review the case and may award the winnings at its discretion based on the available evidence.

CM 777 is not liable for: losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events; losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; or losses arising from a player's misunderstanding or misinterpretation of game rules.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits CM 777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Either party may terminate the player's CM 777 account at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting CM 777 support. Upon closure request, any pending withdrawal will be processed subject to completion of standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
CM 777 may terminate or permanently ban an account without prior notice if: the player has materially breached these Terms; the account is associated with fraudulent or criminal activity; the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; or continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to CM 777. In cases of termination for breach, any balance that was generated through the breaching activity may be forfeited at CM 777's discretion following investigation.
CM 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, CM 777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address on the player's registered account, or via a prominent notice on the platform's homepage.
